Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy seeks to help patients regain skills or abilities lost to aging, illness, injury, or disability. Our occupational therapists are trained to assist in the recovery of activities of daily living, so patients can be as active and independent as possible in their community. The OT staff will help facilitate the safe and independent performance of daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and even self-feeding. Their expertise also includes environmental modifications to make sure each person has the tools and skills to be as active and independent as possible. By providing individualized treatment, we will learn what is important to each person and assist you to return to your highest level of functional independence.
